Message: where we are at with minning commisioner

Hello Goodheart, the Thunder Bay article says

"The Order required Cliffs to file materials in support of its application by April 30th and the respondents KWG and MNR to file responding materials by May 30th and June 30th, respectively."

Just wondering if May 30th means KWG cannot file additional materials, e.g. the updated NI-43-101, after this date? If it can then there are still 3 weeks left before June 30th. It should not take too long for an update if it's done by the same company, and fast tracked (i.e. pay more for top priority service).

Interesting time indeed.
