There appears to be a share count change.
On the KWG's web site it shows the following with no changes.

If you look at the Monthly report for May it shows a count of ..673,918,941..outstanding
If you look at the Monthly report for June it shows a count of .671,518,941..outstanding
.
So that would mean that there is 2,400,000 shares less outstanding.
And I would think that the Web site has not been updated.
