You can't sell what you can't ship...and even if the Ont or Fed gov(s) work out a legal deal with KWG, to accomodate the development of the whole project, there will have to be compensation for KWG, proportinately distributed among from the one(s) who will benefit the most....Cliffs, Ont Gov, Fed Gov, Noront etc...first for the right of passage and even in the form of a royalty for everything that is shipped on the RR...the proposed road is absolute nonsense from every perspective...economic, functional, safety, environment, longevity, capacity, accessibility to users...do I have to go on...?
