Interesting for sure....from the way I read the FN declaration, the RoF will impact on their traditional way of life.....well, many times over the last months the FN, proclaim that thay want jobs, hydro power lines, and roads to the south....they dislike using diesel generated power....well, seems to me, all those demands, if fullfilled, will certainly change the way of life for the local population....I doubt, a local chief, will get to sit in a Cliffs board room, when high level decisions are worked out.....how do you spell...stalemate
