- Management (shares only): 17.9 M (from voting results)

- Management (shares +opts +wts): 72M

- CLF: 111.8 M (from voting results)

- OS: 674 M (website 6May)

- FD: 893 M (Website 6May)

- Outstanding options and warrants: 220 M (website 6May) This could be an important factor, if exercised.

Due to the large variation in the results depending on the OS/FD values, the exercise of options/wts, and the vote turn-out. Only the raw data are included here for you to do the math using various assumptions. Only a few cases are include for discussion purposes.

(a) with management participation: we have over 10% for all case (OS,FD, with or w/o our wts, and management opts and wts).

(b) our share count alone w/o wts: over 10% OS (72.34/674 = 10.72% OS).

(c) our sharecount w/o wts: less than 10% FD (72.34/894 = 8.1% FD).

(d) our share count w wts: less than 10% FD ( 76.44/894 = 8.55% FD).

(c) with management support (w/o opts and wts: 8.55 + 2 = 10.55% FD)

In view of the above significant results, I would consider this share count list the last one with my involvement. Perhaps we should discuss options for the next steps...which should be taken over by a new poster/shareholder. Ideas, anyone?
