However, the bottom line detail would be
- how many buyback shares management still has in its hands. I don't know if management is allowed keep them around (i.e. without cancelling them right away, as long as the cancellation is within the stated period, within one year of the initiation of the buybacks?) for voting purposes; and
- how much of the $0.5 M they still have available for additional buybacks (and keep, without cancelling them...why cancel them?)
BTW, I spoke too soon when I quoted an additional 5M shares for our share count. Make that between 3 - 4 M (10.7% OS), since declarations are still coming in along with revisions, and confirmation form a couple of shareholders. Will publish the tally soon, perhaps early next week.
