Good catch.

Here is what I heard - Frank was lunching at a Toronto restaurant a few weeks back and in walks Harper with his entourage. Apparently Harper's Aid for Ontario has an office in the same building as this restaurant and they stopped in for some lunch. Frank apparently took the initiative to chat up our PM about the Ring of Fire and what KWG is up to. It was apparently a lengthy and detailed chat that engaged Harper - according to those in attendance, there was plenty of interest for what Frank had to say. Frank also chatted up Harper's representative for Ontario and also caught some attention.

IMO - Frank is focused, determined and steadfast. He is using every opportunity and advantage and is skilfully navigating this initiative. Luck (to me) is where opportunity meets preparation. Frank is prepared and he is creating opportunity - but will also chat with opportunity when it walks into the same restaurant for lunch.
