Aticle in the FP. CN's on board for massive rail line for Quebec. Have we missed the "train" for our RR prospect. Interesting that CN is the main financer for the project. Can they realistically build 2 lines at the same time. Did we miss out on some potential private funding from CN. Can ONR be the lead for the ROF RR. Where does the funding come from. Note that in the article Cliffs is mentioned for their iron ore project that they bought. Many moving parts in the last couple of days that will/might impact ROF.
