Certainly the game is on. Must admit that I'm a little leary as to why CLF at this time would go this public regulatory route if indeed the claims by KWG are sound and secure. CLFs may be a number of things but they're not dumb. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what the outcome will be. There was no mention of a timeline on this hearing with the Commissioner but sure would like to know more about the process.

Is CLF trying to

delay/muddy the water by implying there may be a way around KWG claims looking for people to perhaps bail: or perhaps hoping the ON gov will intercede somehow to get the project going(ie allow CLF to build the road which will then make the funding for KWG RR viable as a "shovel ready" project) just in time for the ON budget. Do they have a war chest for lawyers to use to beat down KWG. Wonder if this is going to be a Clint Eatwood movie - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Am sure the fireworks will start very shortly.
