Goodhearth-r : I personnally do not think that KWG will ever go farther than their JV earned on April 1. We are definitely a 'for sale' entity. And our prospective buyer is probably our actual partner. Our 'other' future has already been swapped into DDI!

What will unfold about CCC's rail claims is probably the key in establishing what the D-Day will be for a take-over, and what the price will be paid for our shares. 2012-13 will be crucial for our Railway proposal. We have to hope that this railway idea becomes a serious pretention in the short or middle-term, so that KWG will stay in the hearth of discussions, and under the spotlights as regards to transportation issues.

CCC could well be taken out by a JV involving First Nations (who would own the rails after the 20-25 years financing is paid-out - and idea brought up during post-meeting discussions on February 29), which would leave CCMC (Big Daddy JV share) as the only asset remaining in KWG. There is also a possibility that CCMC will be sold first. Next budgets could contain some hints as what could come out from the infrastructures talks...

As pointed out earlier, as time goes by, more majors will be attracted by this huge mining development up north, and moreover, China, India, and other emerging societies are starving for iron, and will be hungrier in the following years. They're not gonna wait for Black Thor to empty before getting their urgent orders filled with this most wanted ore... There is gonna be pressure for mining both BT and BD, and perhaps also Noront's chrome at the same time!!!
