Yup, you hit it bang on. There is that big assumption that everyone would unite and vote as a block (signed proxies and all). There are quite a few factors, such as voting turn-out, negative votes, management decision to switch sides (we had example where head of company just got tired and threw in the towel), shareholders who have not declared, etc..., that may affect the outcome dramatically. It's just like day-time soaps.

Perhaps, our power is quite limited, but at least the count gives us some kind of a sense of what we are facing with.

CLF with 17.4% is, whether we like it or not, the controlling shareholder for certain resolutions (it may even have "friends" who would be willing to ride along). We may be holding an ace (10%), but that ace may go up in smoke if people are not united, or just don't bother to follow through.

Two questions for you and others:

- Is that Special Share item now dead dead, and there is no chance that mangement could bring it back for another vote?

- The dual share system (single coin and 50 coins in 1 roll) will appear on the ballot as before, or management could have modified wording? Any corporate legal mind in the room?
