First of all,i`m trying to help,so if i say something wrong,don`t anybody attack.I mean well.

I picked up the phone and called KWG at 416-642-3575.Spoke with a gentleman for a good twenty minutes or so about the share change,as i unerstood the benefit of getting ANY stock out of penny stock range,but wasn`t sure about the other.

The advantage of a $4.00 or $5.00 stock is,that it allows other possible investors who`s hands are tied from investing in penny stock,to now look at KWG.

I was also told not to worry,that KWG had plenty of commited shares to get the 50:1 and that if i didn`t want to change,my shares would remain the same,rising and falling at the same % rate as the 50:1 shares

I asked what advantage it was to me,if they already had enough to get the 50:1 ,why i would want to exchange.I was told that unless i wanted to margin (which i don`t) that it wouldn`t matter either way if i changed from penny to 50:1.So i didn`t.I still have my original100,000 shares at pennies

I thanked the gentleman and hung up.

You know by now that i barely understand what`s going on,other than up good,down bad.But...

Years ago,my doctor,also a very good friend and a VERY astute business man,set me up on my computer with my very first info site that i still have opened every day for any news reports,"GlobeInvestors.Com" (amongst others)

He`s passed on now sadly,far to early,or i woudn`t be on here,but his words are still loud and clear in my mind..."beware the penny stocks",for they will be eaten first by the big fish.I doubt that applies here but i don`t know

On the phone i was told by KWG that Cliffs would be handled soundly,that there was no urgency for me to change my pittance into 50:1

I`m not going to say who i talked to just in case someone decides i was given the wrong info and decides to attack that person too,but that`s what i was told live and personal.

I hope this is of some help in some small way,because that`s the way it is intended.

So please,if i`ve said something someone dosen`t like,don`t attack me,i`m simply relaying the info i was given on the phone when i decided to go to the horses mouth.And that`s what i was told.
