JD: You obviously think you are one of the smart people. I hope you are right. I prefer not to look for pie in the sky. What you and KWG shareholders are being fed is lawyer speak (if it was anything but more people would understand what he is doing and wouldn't be asking for help from others who seem to be quite as confused).Smeenk is trying to outsmart CLF's. You think he can do it. I don't.
Smeenk is being well compensated. His 2010 - total comp: 668,200 (of that total $228,000 was salary/fees). Pretty nice.
It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. I remember Neil asking shareholders of SPQ to vote for a reverse split (I know this isn't quite the same so please don't lecture me) to get the price of the shares up where institutions would be more likely to look at it. The shareholders turned him down (I was at the meeting). He sold out, made a few million for himself. We, the retailers, got a few bucks to the good. Yah! I had 800,000 shares - made a few bucks, not the pie in the sky I was looking for but better then nothing.
The money you have invested in KWG might be better off invested in a stock that is going somewhere. Of course I stand to be corrected. Fire away!
