We all know that Cliffs says and repeats that they are going to mine their 100% owned Black Thor property first. It would take something very unexpected to change their mind on that. Nowhere could we find the slightest opening about mining another property instead of BT. But, who knows, all is possible! And if there be rumours that Cliffs is juggling with the idea of switching to Big Daddy first, you can be sure that KGW shares will become wanted and the SP would suddenly jump a couple of cents... Watch out if we see the SP taking 2 cents on a monday opening!

KWG is however ready for any sudden attack from Cliffs - or anyone else . KWG has its entire chromite assets wrapped in a distinct shell (CCMC), its Railway claims has been stored in another shell (CCC) and its diamond assets have already been swapped in DDI.

When the ongoing Reorganization is completed, allowing institutions to bite at will on our shares (friendly reduced in number), the only thing we can do from there is to quietly sit and wait. It may take weeks, months or even years, but the take-out will come. No doubt whatsoever! Frank Smeenk and our Management will be well positioned for a watch stance, waiting for any sign of movement from the surroundings!

The Offer should come from Cliffs - or a recently swallowed Cliffs! - because they are already partners of us, and also because they are nearly a 20% shareholder. But many things could happen that we cannot even imagine at this time. And it may come fast, and from anywhere! The reality is that this first class chromite that rests up there, not only in Cliffs' land but also in Noront, PRB and others' will not sleep there for 100 years waiting for Cliffs to release it at its own will... We can bet on that too!

Look at the World now, which is becoming smaller and smaller as Asia, India, Brazil, and all those giants are rising from their sleep... The huge Demand for stainless steel in the following years will not be stopped by a mingy Cleveland kid and his long-term plan. Market is shortsighted, we all know that. Investment decisions are often made with the news from last night in mind! But just take a wider look at what we have under this northern Ontario swamp. Chromite and nickel! Probably the most wanted commodities for the years to come! China and India are just on the very first steps of their awakening! The demand for steel and lumbers will be amazing!

I increased my KWG position for years, starting with only a few shares. I decided later to get in other RoF stocks. I'm still - and now even more - confident on the outcome. 'Be patient' is my motto with these jems ! What is the chineese saying by the way? "The longest journey begins with the first step"
