Thought he tried to explain the proposed share structure and did a pretty good job on a theoretical level. Think I need more info on the practical/actual process. I do trust him but am still in need of the mechanism.

He's trying everything he can to keep KWG viable and at the BIG table, not merely one of the small cos in the Ring. When mention made of rail/road route being held by KWG he had a smirk on his face like the cat that swallowed the chickadee. One thing that did catch my attention was his comment following the statement that Cliffs is moving on Black Thor and could be freezing out KWG, Frank mentioned that he continues to discuss with Cliffs options including "possibly swapping some production from Big Daddy for production from Black Thor". Did anyone else pick up on this???? Sure would like to have this flushed out more.
