Goodheart, it looks like CLF is serious about the chromite project. At least, it reveals the existence of the project controls team, partner consulting groups, and some other key elements such as weekly meetings of project team members, etc...So, this is a real...and good catch.
Read through this job posting just for curiosity and to figure out how this person would fit in the team, but still don't have a clear idea how to classify this person as far as the authority level is concerned. Is the job designed for a "decision maker" or for a "mouse driver" (perhaps a glorified mouse driver?) who would take orders from other team members? If I were CLF, I would create 2 positions: A Senior Project Manager (decision maker) who has the overall responsibility for the project, plus a mouse driver (technician level) who can manipulate the scheduling software on-the-fly for what-if-scenarios.
No matter, this is a good person to know since he or she would hold the key information for the chromite project.
BTW, CLF just failed in a spelling bee test: The first heading under job description should say "principal" rather than "principle", but advice for potential job seeker: don't point this out in the interview.
