Here is the confirmation of CCMC holding the Big Daddy interests. The asset is now fully wrapped, ready for take-out! From the MD&A:

"KWG has three wholly owned subsidiaries: Canada Chrome Mining Corporation – which holds the Big Daddy interest, Canada Chrome Corporation (“CCC”) and Debut Diamonds Inc. (“DDI”). CCC continues consultations regarding the feasibility, development, and financing of a railroad to be used for transporting materials to and from the Ring of Fire. DDI controls the MacFadyen Kimberlites and other contiguous exploration properties that are all adjacent to the De Beers Victor diamond mine. On November 7, 2011 KWG announced that all of its shares in DDI would be delivered as a return of capital distribution to KWG’s shareholders of record on December 15, 2011."
