- Just noted that you live in the north, but KWG has a 1-800 number. If you just happen to be in Toronto, you might want to drop by their office and spend a few minutes with them. Best to talk to the people face-to-face.

- Shall I put your 70k shares? (it's in noway a legal commitment on your part).

- Any of your friends, relatives who has KWG shares and want to declare? Currently we have ~8% of the total shares. Sill need another 2% (approx 17M shares) to make it 10%. Management has about 2.1% without wts and opts exercise. But it would be good to have 10% all by ourselves. A 10% plus a bit is a level where a company like CLF cannot force a compulsory tendering of our shares if we consider that the offer is not good enough. CLF would be forced to negotiate with us.
