Just a small piece of info, which may indicate that something is cooking behind the doors of the 141 Adelaide Street West.

Remember the numbered corporation (7569076 Canada Inc) which was formed by KWG in the course of the expected merger with Spider Resources Inc during the Cliffs takeover last year? Its name has recently been changed to 'CANADA CHROME MINING CORPORATION', following Articles of modification dated August 17th, 2011. Canada Chrome Corporation (CCC) still exists, so there are now 2 subsidiaries with about the same name: CCC and ... CCMC!

We can only speculate, but why this new 'twin' corp has been set up? And why 'now'?

As we know, the diamond assets will be transferred to DDI. The 'old' CCC holds the Rail claims, and will probably sold them in the near term to a third party.

My Speculation #1: KWG will swap its chrome assets (share of BD) to the new CCMC, dividend its shares in a way similar to DDI, and apply to list its shares on TSX-V or CNSX. KWG would then be dissolved.

My Speculation #2: CCMC has been formed to prepare a merger or to present an offer to another chrome player in the area or in the course of a friendly takeover to come in the near future...

All speculations, can't wait to hear yours, but the emergence of a second CCC, moreover when stapled as 'Mining' is rather mysterious ...
