KWG Resources four million shares for debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue four million shares at a deemed price of 10 cents per share and four million common share purchase warrants to purchase four million common shares at 15 cents per share for two years to settle outstanding debt for $400,000 due upon repurchase by the company of NSR (net smelter return) rights.
