Deke ,please re-read my post. Not once did I say the deal was bad for us. As a long term shareholder ,with a substantial holding in KWG shares ,I would expect Frank to follow up yesterdays news with a commentary/explanation on how the deal will positively impact our valuation going forward.

Why can't a poster raise some observations without being crapped on?
