Wandering tru the last Temex's Annual Report (June 2011), I fell on this part from the RoF portion of the Report:
"In October 2009 the joint venture partners entered into a letter agreement with Canada Chrome Corporation on the 208 claim unit portion of the Fishhook Property known as the Northtrap block. Canada Chrome committed to drill test two electromagnetic conductors which could involve up to 1000 metres of drilling, such drilling to be completed within 12 months of the agreement and Canada Chrome agreed to keep all claims in good standing and make option payments to Rainy Mountain and Temex aggregating to $120,000. Rainy Mountain and Temex will retain a 2% NSR royalty of which 1% may be purchased for $1.0 million. In March 2011, Rainy Mountain, on behalf of the joint venture, served Canada Chrome with a notice of default to terminate the agreement with Canada Chrome."
Never heard of these claims, and cannot find any reference to them in the last FS and Annual Report of KWG... And I wonder how KWG reacted (if so) to the Notice of Default? Anyone does have info on these claims defaulted by the partners?
