This stood out when I read it. Two open pit mines, according to the journalist. If so, would this be one on Big Daddy and one on Black Thor?

Also, the mention that CLF wants to build a power plant is new to me. Unlikely that a dam on the Albany could be permitted, let alone built, by 2015, so this is not the same as KWGs proposal to supply hydro from dams.
