Constance Lake First Nation, (CLFN) gets injunction on Friday in Ontario Superior Court in Toronto to stop drilling in what CLFN calls sacred ground. Drilling prohibited until May 9th, 2011 and Company ordered back to negotiation with CLFN.

Cliffs & Zenyetta must "get it right" and pay attention to First Nations in ROF if they wish to have this kind of action by FN's curtailed. Full steam ahead and dam the torpedos will not work with this project. rj
