KWG seems to be focued on and in the process of proving that Bid Daddy is the more economical chromite property. Cliffs will need to rationalize the decision to continue with Black Thor in the face of strong evidence. Alternatively, KWG might, on the strength of the valuations they release may just sell it's JV interest in BD for a much better defined current fmv. Hard to ignore Xstrata's proximity in this. That would be something, Xstrata and Cliffs sharing a JV in the ROF. That kind of a possibility puts a lot of heat on Cliffs to act now. It is easy to see the upside opportunity for KWG in any eventuality arising from their stategy.
