I was also at the PDAC yesterday, and was told that talk by CLF or anyone else of building a road is just hogwash, the railway is the only possible way to handle the anticipated volume of freight. The route they have staked is the only feasible one. Planning/design is at quite an advanced stage already, and they hope to be able finance this very large capital cost by issuing bonds - talks with relevant Govt and regulatory bodies are proceeding well.

They intend to split Debut Diamonds, things are proceeding on that front as well, now that the current market conditions for diamond companies have improved and becoming more active. There would have been no point in doing this when appetites for diamond ventures were low.
