The drilling has run in to a few minor snags and is still ongoing, should be finished very shortly. No blockade as yet.

The NSR was good news and we were able to use treasury shares instead of cash to facilitate purchase, so we own it and will be a very important asset in going forward as it will provide a steady stream of income to KWG for future exploration, etc.

New appointees will be very valuable with their Government and Northern experience.

PDAC could possibly provide a back-drop for news, both us and possibly Cliffs.

Railroad feasibility report almost done and might possibly be submitted to Provincial Government this month. As already stated by Cliffs, they will be releasing their feasibility study this month and it will be interesting to see their "road plan", railroad, etc. First Nations must be onside with transportation options and they will have to approve rr, road, etc. to the ROF.

Black Daddy, there is over 40 years of chromite mining product here and with the very high grade, Black Thor can not match it so any logical company would surely seek to mine this first rather than a lower grade as Cliffs are mentioning with BT.

Our operatorship of BD terminates on April 1st, 2011. There are have been 43 holes drilled in the past 3 years and the feasability study is almost finished. Any thought that Cliffs could outspend us when they assume operatorship is irrelevant as we have done almost all the work by now and as long as we provide our remaining $2.5 million, we secure 30% of Big Daddy. Cliffs can not "spend us into the ground" as the work has been almost all done so with the 43 holes drilled, we know, and they know, what is in the ground.

We are an exploration company and we could sell ourselves piecemeal or in one big chunk depending on the purchaser's desire ( and bank account).

Slight drop in the share price possibly month-end selling, or? Shares traded only represents a very small amount of our in excess of 600 million outstanding shares.

No worry about any kind of reverse split. KWG has never done one and definitely has no plan to do one any time soon. Should be lots of news out this month and although KWG is not the centre of the universe in the ROF, with 30% of Big Daddy, Canada Chrome with the railroad and our 1% NSR we are looking pretty good!
