Agreed bb,however,regardless of the specific problems,ie:civil unrest in SA,FN blockades in Ont.,decaying power infrastructure in SA,pricing disparities in Ont.,corrupt govt in SA,inept govt in Ont.,the result seems to be the same.Arrested development.JMO.
