would be nice but I dint think NOT has the steam to do it.

There are multiple others who could. The issue I think is that others would end up with a 30% stake and that isnt enough.

On the other hand a take over of PRB chromite + Kwg would put them in a good position vis a vis Cliffs. Prb high ground and an in to the decisions clfs has to make would be good.
