I had myself an email exchange last week or so with Chris Meraw following a question I had about Debut Diamond. I usually do not post private email exchanges with company's Direction, but the following part seems OK to me as it is general in nature. If it may add something, it is that our boys are working hard to 'monetize' our chromite asset, and that we long-holders will probably see DD's shares sooner than later in our portfolio! I suspect that there actually exists a recipe ready to be cooked by which the chromite assets will go to Cliffs against cash, and that DD's shares (diamond assets + cash from the chromite sale + the NSR?) will be dividended to us! Now, which side will go our other sudsidiary's assets, ie, the RR RoW??? GLTA. BaBe.

"Right now our primary focus is on the BiG Daddy chromite asset that we share with CLIFFs.

We hope to monetize this asset over the coming months and gain fair value or better for it. Beyond that the company would logically then focus on some of the other assets that we have including the Debuts Diamonds holdings.

The spin off of Debuts Diamonds is still on the agenda and it will be done in such a way as to create the maximum value for the company and it's shareholders at the appropriate time."
