Possibly interesting parallel re KWG and Baffinland Iron Mine scenario currently being played out with a joint bid from Arcelo and Nunavut Iron who began a bidding war for Baffinland and consolidated their bids to pay $1.50 per share with offer expiring Monday Midnight January 24th. The stock had been as low as .35 cents and went as high as $1.58 which means they will receive ( if they accept) a premium of over 400%. The mine will take over 4 Billion to bring on line. This shows what we at KWG could receive if we get another bidder in the mix for our Big Daddy portion. Keep in mind, Baffinland is selling 100 % of an ore deposit , compared to our potential 30% of BD, but we have the the Railroad right of way. the Net Smelter Royalty and Debut Diamonds. So simple math tells you if we were to receive such a premium, that would take us over .52 per share. The recent Cliffs purchase of CLM for $17.25 per share was for a Company that traded as low as $6.76 last year and since Cliffs purchase is now trading at $17.95. We, if, or when, we receive any initial offer, must negotiate long and hard if we hope to realize these kind of gains for our KWG shares. Ron
