I know Cliff's cannot buy without officially advising their % holdings (at least I think that is true) but I truly hope their are a very large base of KWG retail holders that are not selling for this low price.

#rd party buyers suddenly become part of Cliff's takeover bid and retail get the short end again. I hope 2011 is the year that holding KWG stock for over 5 year makes me a happy investor.
