Is that Cliffs inadvertently led KWG to Xtratas BEDROOM and any way you shake it Xtrata comes out on top. KWG and Cliff pay the tab for exploration and testing, do the dirty work and extrata gets info for nothing$$ up front. They can even let Cliffs do the amalgamation for them with takeovers or the Ring companies and themn get Cliffs for a small multiple.
