Nothing would make me happier than to see Cliffs get screwed. There is a certain arrogance here, this idea that because they have majority ownership, they are in the drivers seat, leaving KWG to languish- maybe they will, maybe they won't. Problem is, we have the RR rights, which means majority ownership of the deposit means jack squat. If someone else wants in, the best play is KWG, it just is, because everything else relies on this railroad, it's the glue that holds it all together. This is a WORLD class deposit, other companies WILL come calling, just wait until the gov't gets involved, it will be a stampede. It's not if, it's when, so if Cliffs thinks they can just sit back and let KWG twist in the wind, they will end up with egg all over their arrogant faces. Book it, we have the goods...
