A friendly take-over of KWG -or KWG's Big Daddy claims- is probably on the move, and a Court action where the valuation of KWG of assets is central may not be pertinent at this stage... I can see no other reason... UC to be involved in the assets moving? Speculation only, but what else to do when mystery is all around?
