I share the same feelings. We may well end with Cliffs shares + DDI shares in a near to mid-term future. Debut Diamond Inc would probably keep some cash + Spider's diamond claims and go public. And all the chromite would end in Cliffs yard. This is all speculation, but the distribution of DDI shares is awaited since 2008, if I recall well.

Time is running faster and faster as daylight is starting to spread over the Ring of Fire. M&A and Major's PP NRs will sprout like mushrooms in the couple of years ahead. A few of these will concern KWG, one can bet on this!
