Saw this on stockhouse:
"did some homework on friday and talked to management. told them i was disappointed on the news front. they said the bulk sampling is important to get a dollar figure on what they have now and then the deep drill will confirm the added dollar amount they need for a proper evaluation . the cores will go out asap in bunches of 2/3 cores at a time with a rush attached to everyone of them . they said to expect a lot of news from now until christmas cause with a rush they expect turn around on cores to be 3 weeks . asked about railway was told that cliffs has over 400 million invested in ring as now and without railway they have nothing . so the consensuses is they will takeout kwg before there is too much proven what's in the ground and cliffs needs the railroad rights. also t cliffs has to get a fair evaluation if they want to take them out . i'm on this train and as for these low prices this is headed higher cause no one is selling at these levels "
Nothing terribly new, but I LOVE the sense of urgency on getting out drill results. Either Cliffs moves now, or they'll wish they did by Christmas :)
