Hi Marlboro; my understanding is, if you did not dissent, you will receive .19 per share. If you dissented on a portion of your holdings, you will hear from the company and the whole process will take approx. 70 days, then the court sets a date, I believe, before it might land in front of a judge. I could be wrong on the timeline but go to TSX website and punch in Dissenting and they will give you firm times to be followed by the Company. rj
