Thanks for your post, it has been helpful as I have a large amount of shares and i intend to dissent as well.

However trying to still sort through some of the mire I have about this process my next steps in the immediate future should be to

1) return by web /phone etc, written objection the intent statement included with the circular spq, dated sept 7th?

2- Immediately have the shares transferred as certificates in my name from waterhouse

correct? please add if I am missing something.
