Happy. my interpetation is that first you must advise the Corp. on or before Oct 4th you are dissenting. Then you must get the shares from your Broker for onward transmission to the Corp who will then mark them ? and return them to you and then the process starts to unfold. Check with your Broker and you can also go to the TSX website under Dissenting for the whole procedure. My personal opinion is that if KWG keeps on the Dissenting trail, a much better offer should be arrived at the end of the, possibly long process. Good luck. rj
