I agree. I think we know that Cliffs is not too happy with KWG Mgt.,especially when KWG refused to tender their 250,000 shares of SPQ to Cliffs. IMO,rather then have KWG as a partner,Cliffs will likely buy out KWG,probably very soon,like in the next few days. PRB is also a target.
