The comments the past 24 hours really are showing fear that someone may soon try to make a takeover bid. We know how big pockets get what they want and with the NOT price so low, the timing looks real good for an opportunistic grab at NOT. Many of the posters have a "whistling past the graveyard" bravado which we know will certainly come to nought if a shark decides to go after the minnow. What they will eventually receive will be only a pittance of what they state publically they will hold out for. We know all the shark has to do is spot a chink in the armour of management and then the rest is easy. Management concern for shareholders is, as we saw with SPQ, non-existent. We, KWG, are almost in limbo waiting for Cliffs next move and with our management only making 2 releases in the past 2 months, we have serious questions like, how do we go it alone? Will we spin off the NSR or Debut? Does Cliffs feel confident we are on a tight lease and they can pull us back whenever they want? Why does our share price seem locked at .11 to .12? Who has the tremendous amount of shares always on the ask? When it appears that all the .12 asks are drying up, bingo another 999 suddenly appear. I wish all the notsters good luck but a lot of them need a reality check because a takeover certainly does not mean the gravy train has arrived. rj
