KWG has announced its plan for mine development.

I see there are two objectives from this news release:

Objective 1: KWG to upgrade its mineral resources to the "Indicated" level. Indicated resources are simply economic mineral occurrences that have been sampled from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits and drillholes. Drill holes are spaced closely enough for geological and grade continuity where an estimate can been made, at a reasonable level of confidence, of their contained metal, grade, tonnage, shape, densities, physical characteristics. A qualified person must recognize the importance of the Indicated Mineral Resource to the advancement of the feasibility of the project. The Indicated Mineral Resource estimate should be of sufficient quality to support a Preliminary Feasibilty Study which can serve as a basis for major development decision for a mine.

- Upgrade by testing the downward extension of the mineralized body by analytical testing the core samples from twelve drill holes .

- Prepare a Pre-Feasibilty Study.

Objective 2: Canada Chrome to continue laboratory soil testing of the 754 auger drill samples for the railroad bed corridor with results reported in an engineering preliminary feasilibilty study by Knech Ojard Associates.

In my opinion, this is very positive news for all KWG shareholders..
