You are so right and with that said I ask myself why take overs of JR' are alowed to take place prior to a complete evaluation of all assets???? , as well have a 5 to 10% value added as a bonus for all the risk. The BOD and CEO' s get all kinds of componsation and some times use it against us small guys in take overs. I'm not a lawyer but I do feel that all these shares they give themselves should not be used agaist us??? WHAT is their or is their something in the Charter of rights for small share holders and if theire is nothing there should deffinately be and we all as share hoders should be working together to achieve something to protect our risky investments. Lets allof us stop buying shares for several weeks??? Compensation to BOD's should be handed out only and only when profit is obtained. This might move them a little more to work for us.As I SEE IT the way it is they can not lose. Good opertunities come buy so seldom, like the BD why is it that is always handed over to the big boys by guys like NN with us not even having a vote on the matter. We should have a vote on takeovers as well as much more on other matters. I fell that these BOD's have been handed over to much power over us all.
