I also phoned the KWG office yesterday and had a lengthy conversation with Chris Meraw. I think he thought I was going to ask him about Bruce Reid but before I could say anything he already started to explain why Bruce had sold a small portion of his shares and, indeed, the $$$ was needed for a private placement in another company he is heavily involved with.

What we did do was SPECULATE on what might happen next. Assume CLF doesn't get 90% but gets more than 60%. They are NOW in a very difficult position because they are considered insiders of SPQ and KWG. Being insiders in a hostile takeover means they have to now have the valuation done to 'prove' what they are offering is fair value just like when they started the valuation for KWG but was later abandoned and they went after SPQ instead. Now, comes more guessing. When do you think CLF will want to get stated on an independent third party valuation??? Now, or when more resource is proven up???Of course it would be NOW and Chis and I both think KWG will not even get to set the drills in the ground (which, by the way, is a month behind schedule because of CLFs 'take over, not to take over bid on KWG)

If my understanding is correct a 'friendly takeover' can be accomplished without a formal third party evaluation. So, CLF could come in with a 'fair offer' any day and the folks at KWG know what a 'fair offer' means and rest assured it is not .19 cents!!
