Hi Kerry. Placing initial minimal wagers and raising the bets as the game goes on is not bluffing. It's sound play IMO.

What I observed from Cliffs' management and their attorneys, is that they play straight forward, quite openly and stick to their sayings. They may be cheap, arrogant, playing american, or whatever, but to date, they show constancy. And yes, for that matter, they are predictable. And their shareholders greet them at Annual meetings when they split the booty!

Now, the thing is that KWG has a good hand, and they.re not bluffing. They have the great opportunity to place an official value on them. Good move Frank!
