there must have been a heck of a fallout between SPQ and KWG leading up to the Jul 2/10 NR

I think you're right.KWG bod was a tad choked when SPQ bod took all of 30 minutes to decide that the CLF offer was superior after KWG challenged that notion.It seems that KWG attempted twice to show more value was evident with the news about the kimberlite and 2 independent valuations.
