We should be hoping that Cliff doesn't have any interest in any further acquisitions until they are better funded, and our deposits have been better defined. I really don't want to see those bastards steal another great exploration company for peanuts.

I would sooner wait another year or two, proving up the deposits, than to have a premature take over. Proving up the deposits will increase the valuation, if not the share price.

I would encourage all long shareholders in UC, PRB, NOT, FNC and KWG to be patient, if you want to see a much better take over price than we just saw with SPQ and FWR.

Make sure that you let the boards of directors for these companies know that we expect them to be forthcoming with their plans, and that they need to do so in press releases that the general public will see. I say this, because in my own workplace, where there are a number of investors, not one of them had heard of the Ring of Fire.

Sending out quarterly newsletters to all shareholders, containing their plans and released news of the past quarter, will ensure that an informed investor group will be more activley involved and ready for a fight in the event of another hostile takeover bid. These reports need to be in lay terms, so that mom and pop can understand the vast potential and value of the Ring of Fire, and the current investors will be able to discuss their stocks with others who may be interested.
