Why would cliffs part with KWG when they have an ave cost of around .05c (give or take) and they want the whole anchilada???

We have just received a valuation of .22c to .34c, just found another pipe, and are drilling..

Cliffs remember do not have to buy directly either they have a new friend in Mineral Fields...
