IMO someone should approach Algoma Steel, to see if they would like to turn the tables on Cliffs, following the recent events where Cliffs "held Algoma over a barrel" on the price of their iron pellets. Algoma is currently suing Cliffs. I wonder if they would like to eventually charge Cliffs for the use of the RR.
